About me.

If you don’t know me personally, you might be wondering who I am and what makes me qualified to be giving travel advice. My name is Natascha. I was born and raised in Zurich, graduated high school in Munich, studied in London, lived and worked in Los Angeles, Fiji, and Berlin, before making Munich my home base again.

I love learning about new cultures, meeting people from across the globe, gathering inspiration and new ideas in unknown places, and sharing my discoveries with those who are interested. I’ve always said that travel is my form of therapy. And more recently travel has proven to benefit mental health. Yet this website has nothing to do with therapy or mental health beyond this claim.

I created this space to digitize my 100 traveled countries and counting – to make it easy for you to find structured recommendations and travel inspiration. I am not tailoring the content to a specific type of traveler or budget. Everything you come across here is based on my personal encounters. I only feature recommendations for places I have actually experienced and loved.

With Travel Therapy, I am publishing my personal travel diaries in the hopes that they inspire a meaningful moment or two for you 🙂

Love,

Natascha
